Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026. This policy describes the implemented CreateGH data practices. The service operator must add its legal identity, privacy contact and applicable retention schedule before public launch.

What we collect

We store account details, uploaded images, creative prompts, generated results, credit records, payment references, brand settings and service activity needed to operate your account. Passwords are hashed. Card and Mobile Money payment details are handled by Paystack.

Your images

Images are private by default. The service sends relevant inputs to the configured AI and moderation providers to fulfil your request. Time-limited access links let those providers read the necessary files. If you create a public share link, anyone with the link can view that result. Disabling sharing prevents future access through CreateGH; already-issued file URLs can remain usable for up to five minutes.

Training and providers

CreateGH does not use your images to train its own models without explicit authorization. External providers process data under their own service terms. The operator must review and disclose their retention and training settings before enabling them for customer use.

Account control

You can export your account records, delete generated images, and request account deletion from the Account page. Account deletion removes stored images and creative content and anonymizes your profile. Credit and payment records are retained for reconciliation and applicable legal obligations. The operator is responsible for defining lawful retention and backup expiry.

Cookies and service activity

We use an essential session cookie and a temporary Google sign-in cookie. The current app records service events such as account creation, login, generation and credit purchases. It does not install third-party advertising trackers.
