Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 October 2026. These are operational draft terms for the CreateGH application. The service operator must complete its legal identity, support contact, consumer cancellation policy and governing-law details before public launch.
Using CreateGH
CreateGH provides tools for creating and editing visual content. Features may be active, beta, coming soon, or disabled. Availability depends on configured providers and service capacity. AI outputs can contain mistakes; review them before publication or commercial use.
Your rights and responsibilities
Upload only images you own or are authorized to use, and obtain consent when needed from people depicted. You are responsible for the legality of your inputs and intended use. Commercial rights depend on the applicable AI model, provider and source-material licences.
Prohibited uses
Do not use the service for sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, forged official documents, deceptive impersonation, fabricated evidence, or other unlawful abuse. AI-generated passport-style portraits are not official identification documents.
Credits and payments
Prices and credit costs are displayed before purchase or generation. A generation reserves credits when queued. A validated and saved result consumes its reservation; a failed or cancelled queued job returns the reserved credits. Credit purchases are confirmed on the server through Paystack. Purchase refunds and chargebacks require operator support and reconciliation; the current interface does not provide automatic purchase refunds.
Privacy and sharing
Your images remain private unless you enable a public result link. Do not publish someone else’s personal information without authorization. You can disable links, delete results, export account data and delete your account.
Support and changes
The operator must publish a support contact and final refund terms here before taking live payments. Material changes to pricing or usage limits apply prospectively and should be communicated to users.
